About the Role:

Ayaan Training and Placement Academy (ATPA) is seeking a skilled and motivated Training Administrator to manage and coordinate training operations for our client – ŠKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, Administration, CRM, or MIS, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about learning and development and who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs across departments.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, trainers, and participants.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and training standards.

  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management.

  • Manage resource blocking and logistical arrangements for training sessions.

  • Support training evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the training team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Administration, CRM, MIS, or a related field.

  • Strong MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF formulas, graphs, and conditional formatting.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline).

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹5,00,000 per annum
