We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our growing team as Automotive Trainers for the premium 4-wheeler segment.
If you have solid experience with luxury or premium car brands, exceptional communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for developing talent — this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for sales and technical personnel.

• Deliver OEM-specific training modules, covering product knowledge, customer experience, and process excellence.

• Evaluate trainees’ learning outcomes, maintain detailed training records, and provide performance reports.

• Stay updated with latest automotive trends, including EV technologies and diagnostic tools.

• Drive continuous skill enhancement and promote best practices across dealerships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–12 years of experience with a premium/luxury 4-wheeler brand.

• Strong sales or technical expertise within the automotive retail or after-sales domain.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in training design and delivery (classroom and on-field).

• Flexible to travel for pan-India assignments as per project requirements.

• Passion for developing people and contributing to India’s skill mission.
