The Opportunity

We are inviting dynamic and passionate professionals to join our network as Automotive Trainers. If you have solid domain expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for training and skill enhancement, this is your opportunity to make a difference in India’s skill transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for sales and after-sales teams.

• Deliver OEM-specific product, process, and customer service training programs.

• Assess and evaluate trainee performance, learning outcomes, and progress reports.

• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including EVs and diagnostics.

• Support and participate in continuous improvement and skill enhancement initiatives.

  
  

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, sales process, or service operations.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to adapt training methods for varied learner groups.

• Technical expertise with diagnostic tools or EV systems (preferred).
